Terms of Use
These terms explain what Aware provides, what members may publish, and how free and verified account access work. They do not replace consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
1. Who these terms cover
“Aware”, “we”, and “us” mean the operator of awareai.world. “Member” and “you” mean a person or authorized organization using the service. If you use Aware for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for it.
2. Free accounts
A free account may browse available content, use the free daily allowance, and create limited ordinary social posts after email verification. Current free limits are 3 searches and 1 social post per UTC day, with videos up to 10 MB. A free account cannot submit fraud reports, submit ownership/authorization claims, register protected assets, or search protected asset identifiers.
3. Verified accounts
A verified account is earned through a protected identity or organization review and acceptance of current Aware agreements. Higher-impact features activate only after the account passes review; they may include fraud reporting, protected-asset registration and lookup, 10 searches and 3 social posts per UTC day, and videos up to 15 MB. Verification is not a guarantee that a member, business, report, device, or asset is trustworthy, lawful, authentic, safe, or accurate.
Current account verification does not require a payment. Aware may limit, suspend, or revoke verified access where a review, account, or activity is fraudulent, unsafe, manipulated, or unlawful.
4. Future paid services
If Aware introduces a paid service, it will clearly show the provider identity, total charge including applicable taxes, billing cycle, renewal terms, cancellation method, refund policy, and support route before payment. Where law gives you mandatory cancellation, refund, chargeback, or other consumer rights, these terms do not limit them.
5. Eligibility and account integrity
Use accurate information, keep your account secure, and do not create fake, duplicate, automated, deceptive, or impersonating accounts. If you are below the age of legal capacity where you live, use Aware only with the authorization of a parent or legal guardian. We may suspend, limit, or remove access when we reasonably believe an account, payment, report, or verification flow is fraudulent, unsafe, manipulated, or unlawful.
6. Verification and sensitive documents
Identity and organization verification are optional for free use, but are required before verified-account features can activate. Do not submit an unmasked Aadhaar, OTP, password, card details, or a document you are not authorized to share. India verification uses the UIDAI Paperless Offline e-KYC route and may require a live selfie and short responsibility video. Other countries may use a government-issued ID and the same supporting checks. A passed document check does not guarantee approval or access to every feature.
7. Responsible reports and content
Publish only information you reasonably believe is true, necessary, and lawful to share. Do not publish threats, harassment, doxxing, passwords, OTPs, identity documents, financial-account credentials, intimate material, copyrighted content you lack permission to use, fabricated evidence, or allegations made to target a person, competitor, or dispute. Fraud reports are member-submitted safety signals, not legal findings. You remain responsible for your content and must correct it when you learn it is materially inaccurate.
8. Assets and self-attestations
Register only a device or vehicle you lawfully own or are authorized to manage. Do not use a lookup to identify, contact, threaten, accuse, or confront another person. Aware registry and authentic-data results are privacy-preserving member signals; they are not police, manufacturer, insurer, title, warranty, condition, or “brand new” records. Independently verify ownership and use lawful local channels if you encounter a theft alert.
9. Moderation and enforcement
We may remove, restrict, label, preserve, or review content and accounts to enforce these terms, respond to a lawful request, investigate abuse, or protect members and the service. We may reverse points, badges, or feature access obtained through duplicates, false claims, coordinated activity, or other manipulation. We do not promise to review every item or act on every report immediately.
10. Service limits and third parties
Aware provides information tools, not banking, legal, police, insurance, emergency, consumer-protection, or cybersecurity-response services. Search results, technical checks, community reports, scores, and self-attestations are indicators only. Make your own decisions and contact the relevant bank, platform, emergency service, or public authority when needed. Third-party services, links, payment providers, and identity-document issuers have their own terms and privacy practices.
11. Changes
We may update these terms for product, safety, legal, or billing changes. Material changes will be posted here and, where appropriate, communicated in the service before they apply.
